Shipping Return & Refund Policy

Your order will be processed within a day of receipt and delivery normally takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. We ship thru UPS or via USPS Parcel Post.

If there is any problem, or part of your order cannot ship, we will contact you through email. Whale's Tale will pay shipping on backordered items.

If you require 2nd day delivery, the flat rate is $15.00 per address, and we request that you call us at (609) 884-4808.

Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping rates.  We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange the merchandise for you. Returns can be made via the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Please box the merchandise securely and include a copy of the invoice you received upon arrival. Make notes as to what option you would prefer and your reason for return.
